Emmanuel Chavassieux is a man with many lives and a very unusual career. From the Foreign Legion to the cutlery maker in Thiers, to natural wine seller in China and Photographer, Emmanuel Chavassieux finally settled down in Haute Loire where he bought his own delicatessen shop.

Since then, he became the King of the hand-cut fresh sausages & Cold Cuts in France, using natural ingredients and raw material from his region. In his meats, he uses only the best: ham and backfat are chopped with a knife, Millac Salt, Malabar white pepper, fresh herbs, natural wine... Everything is sourced by Mr. Chavassieux to please your palates.
